With seven wins at Paris-Roubaix, our Roubaix has proven that Smoother is Faster. Until this moment, however, smooth has admittedly come with some compromises. But not anymore. The all-new S-Works Roubaix now delivers compliance without compromise by introducing a radical new Future Shock 2.0 that gives you more control and damping options, a new Pavé seatpost that creates our most balanced Roubaix to date, aerodynamics that equal the Tarmac, and a Rider-First Engineered™ frame that tips the scales below 900 grams (Size: 56cm, Black). Is it still comfortable? Sure, but don’t call it a comfort bike, because performance was behind every engineering decision we made. This is the new Roubaix.

You wanted the best bike money can buy, and this S-Works delivers. We spec’d it with the full Shimano Dura-Ace Di2 12-speed groupset, our World-Tour-level Roval Alpinist CLX carbon fiber wheels, the all-new S-Works Pavé seatpost, and S-Works from head-to-toe on everything from the Power saddle to the 28mm Turbo Cotton tires. It’s absolute perfection.

  • To go along with the new frame, we’ve also developed a totally-new S-Works Pavé seatpost. Not only is it the first compliant seatpost that’s also aerodynamic, it does so without any additional weight or finicky contraptions. Starting with the same D-shape design found on the Tarmac, we took its compliance a step further by building additional flex into the upper and developing a new drop-clamp design in the frame. This provides plenty of compliance, while staying perfectly balanced with the front-end, so you get a smooth, balanced ride no matter how rough the road.

  • The Future Shock 2.0 is the result of our pro riders’ demands for the cobbles of Roubaix. It’s smoother, faster, and gives you more control via a knob atop the stem. This knob adjusts compression from fully-open to stiff, while hydraulically-damped internals control rebound. Add it up, and this latest version will reduce fatigue and increase your speed, no matter the terrain. The new Smooth Boot, top cap, and Future Stem also enhance the aesthetic, so you get a clean transition from head tube to stem.

I like the bike so much, I bought two..

Bought my first S-Works Roubaix back in 2017. I've ridden it thousands of miles including across the country. This bike is now at my vacation home and I still ride it several thousand miles a year. Bought the second S-Works Roubaix in 2019. This is my primary road bike and I ride it thousands of miles a year. I recently upgraded it to the latest and greatest Shimano 12 speed, power meter, brake discs and an S-Works Roman Evo saddle. This is the best bike I've ever owned...

Ride-changing happy bike!

I've loved to ride for 50+ years. I'd been riding a 52 cm Trek Madone 7.9 WSD for almost 10 years. As I'd aged, and given that I have rheumatoid arthritis, I'd found the Madone less comfortable. We'd put a shorter stem on it, cut the seat post down, etc., anything to bring me closer to the bars without getting my knees too far out over my toes. I rode 5,414 miles outdoors and on Zwift during the first year of the pandemic. I had a bike fitting with one of those Guru devices. Of course, at 5' 3.5" and being female, the bike expert said my 52 was far too big for me. He recommended an endurance geometry in 44 cm. I got the nicest Roubaix I could. I adore it. I rode 6,114 miles in 2022, and I can't wait for the outdoor season to begin again. For now, Zwift keeps me happy, I love that this bike fits me perfectly, that my riding position is aggressive but comfortable, I love the handling, the fine components, the wider tires, etc. It's perfect.

The best bike ever... almost :)

Specialized is the best bike company and Roubaix is the best model in their lineup. This is the 5th Roubaix I've purchased, and all my family are absolutely in love with their Roubaix. Finally, I've got my S-Works. Pictures on the website does not do a justice for the beautiful paintjob on the frame. It is matte'ish, pearl'ish, blue-green-red'ish colors that looks different in various light conditions. S-Works models are known for been top of the top in terms of components and parts selected. This S-Works Roubaix is no exception. The newest Dura-Ace, everything carbon, etc. Well, there is one exception - wheels :(. S-Works Roubaix comes with Alpinist CLX model. Which would be great, if a newer and tubeless capable Alpinist CLX II would not be available for at least 3 months already. Come on, Specialized, a 2023 S-Works model with non tubeless capable wheels (which has been available for retail for a while)? Regardless, going back in time, I would definitely buy this bike again!
